Ring Runner Terms and Conditions

Ring Runner is a trademarked tool created by Laura Taylor Weddings.

Welcome to Ring Runner. By accessing or using our mobile application ("Ring Runner" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use Ring Runner, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Ring Runner only for personal or internal business use related to event or wedding planning unless we have given you written permission otherwise. You also agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Interfere with the App's operation

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data

• Violate any laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Tier:
Basic features of Ring Runner may be available at no cost.

Paid Tiers:
Premium features may be available via subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Collaboration and Community Features

Ring Runner may allow collaboration between users (e.g., couples, planners, vendors). You agree to use these features respectfully. You may not harass, spam, or post abusive content.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to collaboration or community features at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the App—including text, graphics, logos, features, and software—is the property of Laura Taylor Weddings or its licensors. Ring Runner is a trademarked product.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

Your content (including budgets, notes, timelines, vendor details, and other planning materials) remains yours. However, by submitting content to Ring Runner, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it solely in connection with operating and improving the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ring Runner is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the App’s reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for:

• User-generated content

• Temporary interruptions or downtime

• Loss of data or planning information

Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laura Taylor Weddings and Ring Runner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use of Ring Runner after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
